Panhandling Prevention Moving Through the Process – Mayor’s Blog

Parking Meters and other ideas to help curb panhandling are working their way to the Yakima City Council. A total of 12 'giving meters' are suggested as a pilot program, to be installed in downtown Yakima. The goal is to reduce panhandling.
