We all have our favorite stations and today to help celebrate tune-in to yours, call-in and give a thank you to your favorite radio personalities and spread the love of radio
Although we've known that Casey Kasem has been struggling with illness for some time, it doesn't make it any easier to report today that the beloved longtime radio DJ and voice of Scooby-Doo has passed away at the age of 82.
Casey Kasem was a stable growing up here in the Yakima Valley or anywhere --- His American Top 40 still airs on KFFM with Ryan Seacrest and Casey himself stepped out of the role in 2009 after 39 years of counting down the hits.
Dear Casey, I have a request and dedication. You are my favorite old skool dj. I used to listen to you on the radio, and I would be under the covers in bed, supposed to be fast asleep, but I’d rather listen to you wax on ad infinitum about who was No. 1 on the charts!
