A Gun Post on Social Media Involving Ike Students Leads to Arrest

Both 16-year-old boys were also charged Monday with carrying a firearm on school property, a gross misdemeanor.I am so glad that people actually report the things that don't look right on social media. I am referring to a social media post involving two Eisenhower Students and a gun that now has them in custody.

Guns are no joke so this will be very interesting to see where their fate lands. I don't wish ill will on the children or the parents but where did the guns come from and why do they have access to them?

The social media post was reported to Yakima Valley Crime Stoppers early this morning. after being contacted by Crime Stoppers, Yakima Police Department (YPD) school resource officers immediately began investigating the post (at around 6:45 am today).
