Selah Downtown Association is seeking an Executive Director to coordinate downtown revitalization activities using the Main Street America Four Point Approach. Applicants should have excellent communication, public relations, and management abilities, as well as a strong administrative background. Previous experience in special event planning, small business development, grant writing, volunteer recruitment/management, and non-profit work experience desired. Head coach duties: Lead 2-hour practices (with an assistant coach) of 75-100 swimmers and provide instruction during swim meets from June-August. Instruct swimmers from 6-18 on swimming technique, build confidence in the water, water safety and discuss disqualification with swimmers.
