My personal history with MOD Pizza began a few years ago when my daughter Willow (who's now 13) was itty bitty.

I guess all it took for her was one bite of MOD Pizza because she was hooked. She doesn't like to eat any other pizza to this day!

I told Willow that no matter how broke I am, every Friday I would treat her to whatever restaurant food she wanted. She has chosen MOD Pizza almost every week for the past five years!

There must be something about the taste of the marinara sauce they use at MOD Pizza for Willow to be that obsessed with them. She loves them so much, she should be their national spokesperson, ha!

It could be the fact that MOD Pizzas are freshly made and then oven baked.

MOD Pizza is known for making extremely fast pizza. Even though it's made on the spot in front of your eyes, you don't have to wait very long for it to be ready and done. That's what I like the most about this restaurant.

A great feature of MOD Pizza is that you can put as many toppings as you want on your pizza and it's going to be one flat price!

I love putting roasted garlic, feta cheese, and extra pepperoni on mine.

Even though they have over 40 toppings and 8 finishing sauces to choose from, Willow always orders the same thing: Two MOD sized pizzas with extra pepperoni, extra sauce, oregano, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Her order hasn't changed; she doesn't want any other ingredients on her pizza.

I've heard from a friend that their MOD salads are to die for, too!

We have ordered a MOD pizza on Fridays so much, when we go in, the employees recognize our faces and names! Ha!
