A SMALL CHANGE IN VENUE TO KEEP YOU COOL

THE MOVE IS REACTION TO THE HEAT WAVE HITTING THE VALLEY

The association Director Curt Wilson says "the reason for the move was to ensure that the public can safely attend our final Downtown Summer Night event of the summer during this heat wave. We are thankful for MultiCare Memorials flexibility and willingness to provide early access to their parking lot, amongst other things.”

IF YOU ATTEND YOU COULD BE ON FILM OR IN PICTURES

If you attend tonight you're encouraged to drink lots of water all day to hydrate yourself tonight. Association officials say a film production crew will be working at the event this evening filming a specific group of people as they enjoy food, drink and the music.
So remember if you attend you may appear in pictures and videos taken at the site Thursday.

YOU'LL GET LOTS OF WARNINGS ABOUT THE SPOTLIGHT

A press release says signs will be "posted and an announcement will be made notifying the public that by entering the area and attending the event, they are acknowledging that they have been informed that they may be photographed and recorded. Any individual or group not wanting to be filmed, or have their photo published, should not attend the event."
