Scare Hunger Fun Run in Selah Supports Selah-Naches Food Bank
October is traditionally known as ‘Spooky Season’, November is traditionally known as the ‘Grateful Season’, and of course, December is the ‘Season of Giving’. Why not just combine all of them?
That’s the thought of an upcoming fundraiser to help out the Selah-Naches Food Bank!
Scare Hunger Family Fun Run/Walk 2.5K
Get ready to dress up as the Flash, Sonic the Hedgehog, or a ghost… it doesn’t matter, as long as you’re ready to have some fun, and help a great cause in the Yakima Valley.
The Scare Hunger Family Fun Run/Walk is taking place on Sunday, October 12th at 2:30 pm (check-in time starts at 1 pm) at the lower parking lot of the Selah High School (300 E Goodlander, Selah).
Come dressed up for the event in your Halloween costume and get ready to help out the Selah-Naches Food Bank!
Get registered for the event now at RaceEntery.com/Scare-Hunger-Family-Fun-Runwalk/Race-Information.
Just $15 for kids 1 to 12 years old, $25 for 13+ (and children 1 and under are free).
Each participant will get a free swag and pumpkins for the event, and best of all, ALL proceeds benefit the Selah-Naches Food Bank.
“The Selah-Naches Food Bank invites you to join us for a fun run/walk event, which promises prizes and fun along the way! Come out and enjoy the fresh fall air and community spirit.”
