The amazing angels on two legs who help our tinier angels on four legs posted a pretty awesome success story on their social media page.
And we’re so proud of their success we wanted to help spread the word, as well as let you know how you can help the Yakima Humane Society with future success stories!

At the end of every episode of the television game show, The Price Is Right, the late (and great) host always reminded viewers to “help control the pet population, have your pet spayed or neutered.”
Wise words then and now, and the Yakima Humane Society has been helping our community with affordable services to help the pets in our neighborhoods.
“Last month, our Yakima Humane Society Spay and Neuter Clinic altered 756 animals! That means more than 750 dogs and cats will no longer contribute to the pet overpopulation problem.” – Yakima Humane Society Facebook Page.
An over abundance of stray pets can lead to strains on resources and can pose health risks to the Yakima Valley community. So helping control the pet population is very important.

If you’re pet hasn’t been spayed or neutered, please take the appropriate steps, and if you don’t know where to start, the Yakima Humane Society is a great place.
