Smashed N Sauced is Coming to Selah

Smashed N Sauced, originally from Austin, Texas, is making its way to Washington State in Selah. They promote "bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and the perfect smash every burger lover craves."

Smash Burgers in Selah, Washington

A smash burger, if you're unfamiliar, is as it sounds. They smash the burger patties flat to get them a little crispy on the outside to lock in the flavor and juices on the inside. Since they're smashed flat, you can opt for single, double, or triple smash burgers.

Smashed N Sauced will showcase those along with a house sauce they're very proud of, all to compliment everything going on with their signature smash burgers.

Nashville Hot Chicken in Selah

If burgers aren't your thing, they'll also have chicken strips and chicken sandwiches available. These come with a variety of sauces from sweet and savory to Nashville hot sauce which is a favor of many. They'll also feature sides including fries, mac n cheese, and coleslaw.

The restaurant plans to be open sometime this summer, so pretty soon. They'll be located in the old Pizza Hut location at 304 S 1st St. In the meantime you can follow them on Instagram page for more updates.
