July 11 brings Free Slurpee Day to 7-Eleven Stores

7-Eleven stores hand out free small Slurpees on July 11 every year (get it? July 11? 7/11?). It's something I usually take advantage of but today I thought I'd grab a free one from all three of Yakima's locations.

It was cool to see each location doing their own thing.

The 7-Eleven on 18th Street and Nob Hill usually do giveaways and hand out slices of cake which was a surprise to see. It was also interesting to see that each 7-Eleven location had different flavors. Several had the same popular ones but the location on 16 and Summitview had Pina Colada while the 16 and Fruitvale location had Mountain Dew. Neat!

All in all, thanks for the Slurpees!
