Justin Bieber on Billboard Protesting Minimum Wage Increases

I know it sounds weird but Justin Bieber is on a billboard protesting an increase in minimum wage.

What does he know about minimum wage? If anyone should be on a billboard, it should the Maddhouse telling people to increase minimum wage! Please increase the minimum wage! We'd encourage that in any state.
