Lamar Odom Reportedly Wants to 'Reach Out' to Khloe Kardashian

Lamar Odom is reportedly struggling with what ex-wife Khloe Kardashian is going through with Tristan Thompson.

The basketball player has heard the news about Thompson's alleged affair with Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods, and wants to reach out to his former wife about it. Odom "still has love" for Kardashian, and doesn't like seeing her "hurt," according to a report from People.

"Lamar has always cared about Khloe, he still has love for her and he hates that she's been hurt again," a source said. "He has a lot of regret over how he acted in their marriage. And he feels awful that she is going through more pain. He wants to reach out to her and give her his love and support."

He expressed similar sentiments after learning that Thompson had apparently cheated on Kardashian days before she gave birth to their daughter. Odom reportedly felt "terrible" for his former wife.

"Lamar feels terrible for Khloe. He wasn't sure if he should reach out and see how she's doing. He feels for her," a source said.

Kardashian and Odom, 39, ended their marriage in 2016, but remained close after the fact. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been supportive of her ex has he recovered following a near-fatal overdose in 2015.

"That was big," he previously said of Kardashian's support.

He also expressed his happiness for Kardashian after learning that she and Thompson were having a child together. He told Access she deserved all the happiness she appeared to have found with Thompson.

"To tell you the truth, it couldn't happen to a better person," he said at the time. "I was really happy for her. If she could take care of a grown many for four years the way she took care of me, I know she could take care of a baby."

Odom apparently hasn't reached out to Kardashian yet. It's unclear if he will.
