Lincoln Avenue Was Full of Sparks This Morning!

This morning was wild. The hubs and I were driving up Lincoln Avenue around 7:30 a.m. when all of a sudden we saw a ton of sparks. The power pole looked like it had exploded and there was wood all over the road.

On the news they are saying a vehicle hit it, but we were right there when it happened and I didn't see that part.

*UPDATE* It's been confirmed that a driver apparently fell asleep at the wheel and hit the pole this morning. Hopefully, the driver wasn't injured too badly. Pretty crazy -- they also hit a fire hydrant during the crash.
