Meitu is the App Everyone and Their Mom is Using

No doubt you've seen your friends on social media transforming themselves into anime characters. Meitu is the new app that it seems everyone is using so I had to check it out for myself.

Although it's a Chinese app, it'll work for you just fine and it's very easy to navigate as it has English. You can also use it for instagram-style filters but the one people are using is called hand-drawn. Simply take a photo or upload one and use the hand-drawn filter that you'd like. Super handy and make a great profile photo for the time.
