Saturday Food and Fund Drive for Yakima Salvation Army

Yakima's Stein's Ace Hardware is holding a food and fundraising drive on Saturday for the Yakima Salvation Army. The Salvation Army food bank is helping hundreds of Yakima residents being hit by the current pandemic. Food bank officials say they're seeing lots of new faces because many people have lost jobs. The food and fundraising drive is set for Saturday at Stein's Ace Hardware at 72nd and Nob Hill in Yakima. The drive will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
You're encouraged to donate non-perishable food items such as;  canned fruits and vegetables, canned meats, peanut butter, canned milk, pastas and soups.
Cash donations are also needed.
Stein’s Ace Hardware will match food and cash/check donations up to $2500.
