The WE movement has begun locally, and local Grandview High School senior Alondra Perez has organized a huge event for 3,000 students at the Yakima Valley SunDome. The event kicks off today (Nov. 15) at 9 a.m. and goes until noon. It will feature speakers and entertainment, and students will be bused in from area schools as far as away as Cle Elum and Prosser.
