Just another to add in the ever-growing list of things are are canceled, postponed or outright closed for now - Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife announced that all fishing and shellfishing in Washington state is closed until April 8.

From their official Facebook page:

Starting midnight tonight, March 25, we're temporarily closing recreational fishing and shellfishing statewide in response to Governor Jay Inslee's order directing Washingtonians to stay home and stay healthy to limit the spread of coronavirus.

Though fishing is not allowed, WDFW officers are still on duty to enforce this so watch yourself.

This was no easy decision, but what's done is done. You can find out more through the WDFW website.
