Wenatchee Man Goes On Meth Bender, Shoots Self In Scrotum Trying To Fight ‘Mexicans In Trees’

Martin Eugene Hoyer of Wenatchee was on a two-day methamphetamine bender when he began hallucinating that there were a bunch of Mexicans and white guys hiding in the trees getting ready to attack him.

Hoyer attempted to save his neighbor from the marauders with his .45-caliber handgun, but instead shot himself in the scrotum.

He is currently being held on $50,000 bail.
