World’s First Successful Penis Transplant Performed

A 24-year-old South African man has undergone the world's first successful penis transplant.

Following a marathon nine-hour operation, the unidentified man, who lost his original appendage during a botched circumcision, now has a fully functioning wang.

The new wiener came from an organ donor whose family consented.
