You Are Now Being Charged To Be Spied On

A Facebook group I follow recently posted this photo on their page.

If legit, it is quite unbelievable and ballsy.
As if the notion of our own government (N.S.A.) conducting warrantless wiretaps on us without any probable cause wasn't bad (and unconstitutional!) enough, apparently you are going to  be BILLED for it!
