This is the most wonderful time of the year for scammers. A new scam has been popping up I wanted to bring to your attention if you place orders through Amazon.

You may get an email saying your order couldn't be completed until you confirm some information. So you click on the link, type in your personal information and, voila! You've just been scammed.

It's hard to tell which emails are legit. If you happen to get an email like this, it's best to go straight to Amazon's website and click on recent orders to see how they're handled.

Naturally, if you didn't order anything through Amazon, you'll know it's a scam.

Just a quick heads up!
