The stuff you love has really weird stops and starts so at the very least take away this challenge. Do the things you love as often as you can. Throw caution to the wind when anxiety tells you not to go for it and keep doing it as long as you're able.
A rule to live by, go for it. Always. Even when you're scared. Even when it's uncomfortable because the good stuff is in that sweet spot when you learn to let go.
