6. 17th Annual Hot Shots Tournament

SOZO Sports Complex hosts  3-on-3 basketball tournaments if you love sports Saturday and Sunday

7. Yakima Valley Pippins Baseball 

All weekend long let's play Ball! Yakima Valley Pippins Baseball vs Kelowna Falcons 7 pm - 10 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Popcorn, hot dogs, and themed nights like posters and trading cards!

8. Berry Picking

If you love fresh berries and don't mind a bit of heat raspberry, blueberries and even blackberry picking are available currently

9. Dog Walking at the Yakima Humane Society

Follow the Yakima Humane Society's Facebook page for updates but they are currently in need of dog walking volunteers and always excepting donations and foster and volunteer applications

10. Downtown Yakima Farmer's Market

Sundays from 9 am to normally 1 pm until October 9th the market will only be open this Sunday, July 31st from 9 am - 11 am due to the extreme heat.
