A Sneak Peek Inside the New Red Robin in Yakima [PHOTOS]

My wife and I got a chance to check out the new Red Robin in Yakima. Same area, same parking lot, just a more modern layout with much more seating than the previous one. Here are a few pictures I snapped. The cheeseburger seats in the waiting area are too cool!

I spoke with Ryan, manager of the location about how much will change. He assured me that all of the previous employees have moved over with an additional 50(!) new employees to accommodate many more diners at the new location. That means more jobs that stay right here in Yakima! The menu has undergone a few changes in the past year or so, but those will stay current with the move.

The decor was fantastic. I loved the cheeseburger seats in the waiting area and there's a giant chalkboard where you're encouraged to write your name, draw a picture or leave a message, if you'd like. I took advantage of this as you see in one of the photos below.

Red Robin, now at Rainier Plaza, will open Monday 11 a.m. Hope to see you there!
