Engagement Season in the Yakima Valley is fast approaching.  Today we ask the question:

Many couples will find themselves engaged over Christmas, which is just a few months away. That's five months left to save up for that engagement ring, by the way. Would-be brides have to start thinking now about where to host their pandemic bachelorette parties! Here are three great suggestions to keep in mind.

1. PJ's Music Box

The thing I love most about this venue is that it is small, yet swanky for downtown Yakima. It is a central location with great parking for you and your bachelorette party. They have a live DJ that is sure to keep you and your friends dancing to some good music. The drink prices are modest so your planner won't have to worry about going over the party budget. They serve food, too!

2. Freehand Cellars

Hands down, my favorite place to recommend for your bachelorette party! This winery has an upscale metropolitan feel and has immense space for you and your party to spread out and enjoy the delicious appetizers and wine flights, should you so choose. You can bring in your own party platters and bachelorette cake, too!

3. The Bistro

I recently discovered that The Seasons Performance Hall did a complete renovation of their Gallery room behind the stage and it's now swanky and sleek. You can rent out the space and enjoy your own playlist of background music and enjoy their high-quality chef and beverage service, if you so choose.

Good luck on planning those pandemic bachelorette parties this year (and the next). May Venus, the goddess of love, smile upon your efforts and bless you with a fun night out!
