4 Most Affordable Central WA Homes For Sale with Biggest Backyard

The cost of renting apartments is getting sky high in Washington state, forcing more residents to consider putting down some roots and buying their own house. If you’re on the hunt for a house in Eastern and Central Washington that has a big backyard, check out these few homes that are on the market.

The size of a home’s backyard can make or break the sale. What I’m looking for in a home is enough space to let a puppy run around and to have a little nook for my home garden. I won’t be growing much, just some green onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos. That means, homes that look all big and sexy on the outside but have a tiny old backyard won’t cut it for me!

Sure, having a house with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms is great, but “what that backyard do?”

If you look around for homes for sale in Spokane, Ellensburg, Grandview, or Yakima, it might be hard to find a cheap house that isn’t a mobile home or manufactured on an existing lot. The cheapest homes I saw hover in the $160,000s to mid $200,000s range.
