Hundreds of community members have been tested in the drive thru testing at the Yakima Valley Sundome this week. Friday is the last day for testing and Yakima Health District officials are urging anyone who suspects they may have COVID-19 to make an appointment and be tested.
Washington National Guard members have been assisting local health officials  with the drive through testing along with students from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences.
The battle against COVID-19 continues in Yakima with 19 deaths up from 12 on Tuesday. There are at least 447 cases in Yakima County. If you have a cough, fever or difficulty breathing make an appointment to be tested at yakimahealthdistrict.org or by calling 574-1919.
