Is Justin Bieber A Daddy?

Rumors are floating that JB is a Daddy.  A 20 year old woman from California is claiming that Bieber is the father of her 3 month old baby.  The mother of the baby claims that she and Bieber had sex backstage at one of his concerts last year and wants Bieber to take a paternity test. 

Bieber’s legal team is looking into this but say all the claims are false and there is no proof that Bieber is the father.  If the incident happened a year ago that means that JB was 16 and the women was 19, can that lead to another case, Statutory Rape? No comments from Bieber himself, but his legal team will be looking into this.
