My Night With Kelly Clarkson (Video)

As you know, I've talked for weeks about my "secret" crush on Kelly Clarkson. I've enjoyed her music since her debut on American Idol 12 seasons ago and was my personal pick to win on season one.

Simon Cowell has said that Kelly is by far the best vocalist to grace the stage of Idol ...high praise coming from the "mean" judge on AI.

I got to see her at the Northern Quest Casino on Sunday along with The Fray and what a show!

It was cool to see so many families in the crowd and loved seeing the kids with shirts that read "My First Concert".

It is nice to have an artist who can be an entertainer as well as keep it clean for the kids.

The surprise of the night I'm sure for most folks was that it was a co-headlining tour and so Kelly (being the 2nd night of the tour) went on first.

The Fray also did a fantastic job as lead singer Issac Slade kept jumping into the crowd much to the chagrin of security staff trying to keep him on the stage .

It was a great night had by all and I thought you would enjoy a video that I got from the first row. I also included some pics of me hanging out with Kelly backstage. She was a hugger which is a bonus to a stalker like me.
