Oregon Bans Smoking with Kids in the Car – Should Washington State Pass This Law, Too? [POLL]

Just today I learned that Oregon is making it illegal to smoke in the car if you have children in there, too. If you're caught, it's a $250 fine. This got me thinking - should Washington State pass this law as well? Take the poll!
