Saturday Is the 41st Annual Salvation ARMY Motorcycle Ride

Way to go, people, we were the first to fill our Toys for Tots box and we want to keep having him come back.

Any type of brand-new unwrapped toy for boys and girls ages 0-18 is appreciated. Details found at Toys for Tots.

While Sgt. Rice was here, he let us know about their first event this weekend.

The 41st annual Salvation Army Motorcycle Toy Run assisting Toys for Tots is this Saturday (Nov. 2). It will start at the Safeway parking lot at Lincoln and 16th and wrap up at the Wray's on Nob Hill and Third.

Bikes will begin lining up at 11 a.m., and it's kickstands up at 1. Come on by either location and drop off toys or at least make sure to cheer them on when you see em this weekend.

The goal is to secure a toy for every child in need throughout the Yakima Valley.
