I did not enjoy Trolls World Tour, so then why did I scream with excitement when I saw these Trolls Oreo cookies?

It's that time of year and the Girl Scout cookie season is about to kick off again with a new delicious flavor!

While I was shopping for those items in the grocery the other day, I spotted these "Fireworks Oreos" cookies!

It seems that YouTube is creating the next wave of celebrities, and with kids, it's no different. Some kids have become legendary on YouTube and have their own web video series and have become entrepreneurs. My 5-year old daughter, Willow, wants to become a YouTube star...

My wife was in Tri-Cities over the weekend and brought back some french macarons for me. These aren't the fluffy, coconut macaroon cookies that are usually called macaroons but these are a light, flavorful, delicate cookie I was fascinated with for years. It got me thinking that we should have a specialty shop that sells these in Yakima.

Growing up, Almond Roca was the fanciest candy I knew. Something about that butter almond toffee wrapped in chocolate and crushed almonds, each coming in their own golden foil, it screamed high class. They are good but they're a little too hard on my teeth. I thought about the possibility into using them in a cookie form and here's what I came up with.
