 When?

Saturday, October 30th, 2021 from 12 pm - 4 pm

Where?

Yakima Law Parking Lot 212 North Naches Ave (enter from Naches Ave)

What Exactly Is Going On?

It's a trunk or treat, baby! Grab the littles and the big ones and dress up in those costumes because you can drive through for a trick or treat experience featuring booths from the community donating their time to bring out the smiles and the fun! While you are there, if you have questions, this is a perfect time to get them answered on so many different topics.

What is the Latino Community Fund of Washington?

The Latino Community Fund of Washington is an incredible resource to the community so this socially distanced event, where masks will need to worn, features your chance to ask questions about registering to vote, learning about your rights, asking questions about the Latino Community Funds that are available and more. Take advantage of this opportunity and help us spread the word!

The Latino Community Fund cultivates new leaders, supports cultural and community based non-profit organizations, and improves the quality of life for all Washingtonians.

To achieve its mission and address the needs of Latinos, LCF programs create a vibrant community through civic engagement, healthy families, arts and culture.

Stacker compiled a list of ways that Halloween has changed over the last 100 years, from how we celebrate it on the day to the costumes we wear trick-or-treating. We’ve included events, inventions, and trends that changed the ways that Halloween was celebrated over time. Many of these traditions were phased out over time. But just like fake blood in a carpet, every bit of Halloween’s history left an impression we can see traces of today.
