Washington State is Proud to Have Meat and Jerky Vending Machines

I stopped off at a gas station in North Bend when this caught my eye. Upon closer inspection I found it was what I thought it was -- a beef jerky vending machine. What a glorious time to be alive!

This is from Owen's Meats based out of Cle Elum and they keep it stoked with decent prices, too! Since this vending machine has refrigeration they were also able to carry sausages and more nice and chilled. We opted to grab a mixed bag of various, diced meats and cheeses. It was great!

I'm hoping we can get something similar in Yakima. We have a lot of great, local butchers in our area. I'd love to have one as convenient as this.
