Your May Be Getting $900 from a Telemarketer Settlement — Find Out Here

If you've received a phone call saying you've won a free cruise, you might have settlement money coming to you, but you have to claim it.

This is all part of the Charvat vs. Resort Marketing Group lawsuit and, apparently, automated calls offering free cruises via telemarketing isn't only annoying, but also violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

If you're not sure if you've received any calls like this, you can look it up as well. It's free and might be worth some cash. You're entitled to $300 per phone line with a max of $900.

You have until November 3, 2017 to find out. I checked all of mine and I'm not eligible, but my mother-in-law was. Doesn't hurt to check.
