The crowd was fantastic, the Yakima police officers donating their time were super good sports and the goal to raise $7,500 was CRUSHED!!!!

Get a little exercise for a good cause this Saturday (April 28) -- the #Ibelieve 5K walk/run at Yakima's Sarg Hubbard Park is from 9 a.m. to noon.

It was a beautiful day for Insane Inflatables at the Benton County Fairgrounds In Kennewick, Washington. I grabbed some snap shots and some video and even had a chance to go the top of the start and announce a wave and ended up getting knocked over. At the top of the inflatable, it was like being on a waterbed (if you remember those) to keep my balance was tough but fun.

The sixth annual Leftover Turkey Trot combines a fun 5K walk/run event with a great cause that helps out the Yakima Valley.

There's a fun 5K walk or run event coming up June 27 which will benefit our local Memorial Hospital's Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit and Children's Village.

ACE Hardware is, once again, hosting a fun 5K walk/run event in benefit of Children's Miracle Network that helps support our Memorial Foundation, Children's Village and more.
