One Person’s Trash is Another Person’s Treasure: Prom Edition!

It's that time of year again -- for all the skinny girls to find the cool dresses, the chubby ones to toil over finding any dress that is comfortable and the crafty girls to one-up themselves on who will go viral this year. Move over, Promposals, because trash bag dresses could be the new thing!
