Several Sears and Kmart Stores Closing Across the Nation – Not in Yakima

It was announced that Sears Holdings was set to close many Sears and Kmart stores. Fortunately, Yakima misses the list.

We will say good-bye to the Sears in Walla Walla.

Something similar happened recently when it was announced that Radio Shack was closing several of its stores but Yakima's location on Summitview stayed open. I guess we're just lucky.
