Thank you Veterans for all that you do. Thank you to the families who sometimes are along for the ride, not knowing where they are headed next but taking it all in stride because that's what being in a military family means.

Every day you should get to experience the extra fancy business and The National Parks Service feels the same. They've teamed up with Operation Live Well and beginning today, November 11th, 2020

Gold Star Families and U.S. military veterans receive free access to more than 2,000 federal recreation areas, including national parks, wildlife refuges and forests. The free access program is a way to thank America’s veterans and Gold Star families for their support of our country and to encourage them to explore recreational opportunities on their public lands and waters.

Now the entrance fee will not cover the extras once you are in the park but gosh dang it that's a nice start.

This is an indefinite offer that any veteran can take advantage of including Gold Star Family Members with a few stipulations, so make sure to plan ahead and share the biz because every courageous member of the armed forces deserves to relax and enjoy a freebie every once in a while.
