Woman Crush Wednesdays: Turn It up With Local Beet Meal Prep

Can we give a hand clap to delicious food? I am a freak for a good meal. Give me layers, flavors, crunch and spice. I crave all kinds of combinations and have recently discovered that some vegan dishes are incredibly delicious. There are so many options for a sweet potato, it would blow your mind, my goal. To taste them all and that's where Local Beet Meal Prep comes in.

I'd mentioned Wildjay's Outdoor Markets, a series that just wrapped it's second successful Sunday shopping experience this past weekend. Their first featured a vendor I've followed on social media for a while but never had the chance to try called Local Beet Meal Prep. Worth a follow for sure! Alli's ordering system is really simple. You join the mailing list where you can see what meals are being prepared for the week. You can order a family style meal kit bundle that features two main dishes, a side salad and a dessert or single servings with orders being solidified by Monday at 12 pm and pick-up pm that Tuesday between 11 am - 1 pm or 4 pm - 5:30 pm. It's like the healthiest and most thoughtful drive-through experience I have ever tried.
