Where is the Best Carne Asada in Yakima?

Carne asada, which literally translates to grilled meat, is beef from the heavens.

There's something about it -- I could probably eat it every day. Whether I'm putting it in a taco or just stuffing my face with it, it's one of my favorites.

I've tried it at various places in town, but I don't have a specific favorite. That's why I'm asking you. Who has the best carne asada in Yakima?

I've made it at home with minimal success. It wasn't bad, but I know I was missing something. What that something was, I may never know.
