Been enjoying myself a lot lately when it comes to food so I decided to fight the feelings by starting a new segment with you guys! Random work-outs, just 10 minutes a day. I will go live on different platforms while I work-out for 10 minutes and share random facts about this day in history.

Studies are showing that you don't need to spend hours at the gym or at home working out to stay in shape or change up your body so I figured shoot why not share these random moments with you guys!
