As I write this I am 29 rides in and feeling stronger than ever! Last night was attended a pop-up jingle bell ride, featuring special holiday music to kick off the season and we finished it off with some treats and champagne. What? Working out and drinking? Yes, just a sip, but you want to feel fancy after sweating your butt off right?

I first would recommend downloading the Star Cycle Yakima app so you can get the lay of the land, there are different times to schedule your ride but as more people are joining, different times are starting to pop up like normally I attend the 5:30 am class BUT tomorrow, I am going to try the pop-up 6:45 am class. Want to be my personal guest? @sarahjthedj and I will add you to the list.

Getting moving all has to start somewhere and what's better than listening to awesome music while you close your eyes and work on engaging your core? Just follow the beat and you do you. The lights are low, the candles are glowing and you can push yourself as hard or as lightly as you choose. It's been a wonderful workout for me and I would LOVE to share it with you. StarCycle Yakima is located at 2612 W Nob Hill Blvd, Yakima, WA 98902, the boutique is open if you have no workout clothes or have been searching for something soft and fantastic to wear, they even have beanies, bathrobes, candles, and jewelry!
