I know you. You're sad. Did you know I get sad too? Did you know that even though I'll have the biggest smile for you when I see you, sometimes I am forcing it? Before events, I get anxious. Before my shows I overthink. Sometimes I cry before I have enough courage to live in the moment.

When I'm stressed out I like to eat my feelings and my favorite way is through carbs and sweets. I'll eat past being full, I'll eat enough to make me sick. It doesn't happen often but when it does I know I need to start taking better care of myself.

We all have a line. Have you reached yours recently?

I share because there is a lot going on around us. We don't get to see a lot of people from our normal day to day lives right now so you might be feeling extra lonely.

This morning I connected with a handful of people I hadn't seen in months and was comforted by the fact that everyone I spoke to mentioned their feelings were heightened. When they were happy, they were super happy, angry turned to extra and sadness, well we all feel it from time to time, it's part of life that we all deal with.

We just surpassed five months of our office not being open to the public and that really made me realize I wanted to check-in with everyone.

I want you to know you are not alone. People care about you. I care about you so if you ever need to reach out, I'm on-air every afternoon from 2 pm - 7 pm. You can message me via the app, set-up your Alexa skill, and dance in the living room or give me a call for a quick chat and a song request.

Whatever struggle you are going through, will pass. The thing that's rolling around in your brain will get figured out. Communicating is super important so if you need to practice on me or have me look up something for you or help figure out a problem. I would love to do it. You are not alone and you are going to be ok.
