Look Ma, I Did Some Yoga, and Lived to Tell About It!

I tried hot yoga and lived to tell about it!

I went with some other radio DJs the other day for a sample session at Yakima's new Renu Hot Yoga studio, and while they were passing out and heaving out of breath, I was chillin in the background, doing my yoga poses!

The tried to say that the room too warm, but I am from Tennessee; I am used to the heat.

It was a lot of fun!
