Have you been feeling overwhelmed? I know I have. Since starting my new position in April I've worked hard, with long hours and very little mental downtime. I would find myself lying in bed in the middle of the night thinking about what I needed to do in just a few hours and growing increasingly frustrated when it seemed like the days were over before I even managed to hit two or three things on my list. And the thing just kept growing! GRRRRR! But then I realized something, and I am glad to know I am not the only one!
