The 162nd Annual Yakama Nation Treaty Days Commemoration Pow Wow took place at Whiteswan, WA. Many people came from all over the Northwest, even from Alaska. This Pow Wow commemorates the Treaty of 1855. The year the signing of the treaty took place.

On the first day, there was a mannequin placed on the floor during the first grand entry. This mannequin was dressed in red to remember the murdered and missing indigenous women in the country. It was a beautiful sight to see so many people come and enjoy the pow wow.

From the spectators, drummers, singers, and dancers. Even though I was getting footage. I even danced in my category, the Mens Grassdance. Then reminded myself of how out of shape I am. But dancing was good exercise. If you have never been to a pow wow or couldn't go. check out the videos and pictures I took, enjoy!
