Thursday hits different these days. Not only because it's Friday eve but also because I know when I roll through the door there will be a new box of fresh produce from our Valley to tackle.

I love learning about what's in season and then the challenge of creating meals based on what's been provided.

If you haven't gotten a box before I for sure recommend having some kind of storage plan. The fruits and veggies are stored in refrigerators until it's go time but some of the items will need extra care, like washing and then wrapping the rosemary in a wet paper towel to keep it fresh for longer before sticking it into the fridge.
