Where to Catch Activities Around The Valley this 4th of July!

State Fair Park In Yakima will be on and popping today with free parking and admission! Gates open at 11 am You can grab free transportation from three different locations today!

Gateway Center - Fair Avenue near Target
Eisenhower High School - Tieton Drive and 40th Ave.
Wide Hollow School - 72nd Avenue

July 4th (only) 3:30-9:30pm and 10:30-11:30pm
(running every 15-20 minutes)
Buses will run continuously from all lots from 3:30pm to 9:30pm and then from 10:30pm to 11:30pm, with additional buses on duty after the fireworks to get everyone home quickly. For information call Yakima Transit at (509) 5756175.

AppleJam begins at 4:30 pm with tons of local talent competing for the grand prize of $1,500 in cash and prizes! There will be food vendors, carnival rides and so much more so come on out and grab a spot on the lawn. The fireworks will begin at 10 am!

2. It's going down for real in Selah! :) Gates open to Carlon Park at 3 pm and it's free admission for the public! Live music provided by the Chase Craig Band will begin at 5 pm and followed by American Honey with fireworks going off at 9:30 pm. Come on out for some food, fun, and sun this 4th of July! :)

3. The 25th annual Sunnyside Lions Fourth of July celebration begins at 6:30 pm at Clem Senn Football Stadium, 702 S. 16th St. Fireworks begin at dusk
