Tales from the scale: Breakfast just got a brand new look!
Thanks for stopping by! :) Three weeks in on Tales from the scale and I have managed to go from 182 to 178! If you have dealt with belly issues, bubble gut or constant rumbles have you looked at how much fiber and protein you are consuming? A nice way to grab some extra and check off a meal is a shake and I found one I LOVE!
One scoop is 200 calories with 25 fricking grams of protein, once or if you pay attention to this that's pretty good in one shot plus a fair amount of fiber, a cup of almond milk and a cup of power berries (blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
So good and I do feel like I wasn't as hungry thru out the day!
I would love to know your favorite shakes or what you like to add in them. My co-worker Nikki was mentioning her husband buys the bag of berries with kale in it and I think I would like to try that one too!
The most important part of this journey is to remember to love yourself and work every day on being supportive of that.
